WashPost tries to downplay the Benghazi treason by
likening it to the relatively trivial IRS targeting scandal

Clearly attempting to gamely serve the interests of the Obama-Jarrett administration, The Washington Post is attempting to downplay the treasonous Benghazi scandal as being comparable in magnitude to the flap over IRS targeting of conservative groups for special scrutiny. Clearly this is equating a mountain with a molehill. Later in the article they quote pundit David Kennedy as saying both affairs are of the "ankle-biting variety". Let's hope Benghazi proves to be the administration's Achilles heel.
