URGENT PLEA TO GOVERNOR SCOTT RE: HOUSE BILL 87

Date: Wednesday, May 8, 2013, 11:48 PM
To all signors of our Petition to Kill House Bill 87, the Florida (Un)Fair Foreclosure Act of 2013:
First, thank you again for your participation in all of our efforts to stop the passage of this monstrously unconstitutional Bill, especially to those that decided to post comments. Your comments do show us that there are more people in Florida, and beyond, that have a good grasp on the frauds routinely committed by ‘so-called’ Banks than we had previously imagined.
This is our last opportunity to represent our opposition to the passage of this Bill into law, as the Bill has been passed through both the Florida House and Senate, and is currently in front of the Governor to be either signed into law or vetoed.
If you have already signed this petition and cannot do so again, please forward this email to everyone you know and ask them to do the same. If you are unfamiliar with the Bill, please read this well written blog entry by Florida attorney Mark Stopa in which he states “This legislation changes the landscape of foreclosure defense in some significant ways. Let’s summarize…."

This Bill must be vetoed by Governor Rick Scott if we are to believe that his office is acting in the best interests of the people of Florida, and not of corporate powers that routinely commit acts of criminal fraud as part of their business models.
Thank you again for your attention to this important matter, and please forward this to as many people as you can.
