I may be out in left field, but I'm pretty sure that wanting to look
OLDER isn't at the top of most people's wish list.

Look around you. Erasing time from your appearance is BIG business--from age-defying face creams and makeup to Botox to facelifts, liposuction and tummy tucks, and everything in between.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to preserve a more youthful look.
But the problem is, many people are unknowingly making mistakes day in and day out that ADD YEARS on to their appearance instead of taking it off.

Seven Deadly Aging Sins
1) There's always room for Jell-O!
Overdoing desserts or consuming lots of sugar in general (including soda, sports drinks and lattes) not only pack the pounds on your backside, but it can also make you look very old...FAST.
You see, the breakdown of sugars (a process called glycation), damages the collagen that keeps your skin smooth and firm.
So you're just asking for wrinkles.
 

2) You use fads to Iose weight
Anytime you either drastically cut calories, eliminate food groups from your diet, rely on "meal replacement" products or any of the other diet fads, you most assuredly cause nutritional imbalances in your body.
And not only does that NOT result in weight Ioss and keeping it off, but it also makes you look OLDER!
For example, calorie restriction can deprive your body of certain nutrients that promote healthy cell division and regeneration and help maintain overall skin tone and texture.

5) You think organic doesn't matter
Many people are under the mistaken impression that organic meats and dairy are just more expensive and don't really make a difference.
