Putin

Subject: Fwd: Putin

On February 4th, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia.

He said:

"In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, for instance, then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law. Russia does not need these minorities. These minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of many minorities. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first, observing that the minorities who come here are NOT Russians!"

The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a standing ovation that lasted for five full minutes!

I thought Putin spoke clearly and honestly in wanting Russia to remain authentic.

I believe that each nation should be able to remain concurrent with all its own languages laws and attributes without outside interference of visitors not native of the nation changing in order to fit their needs.

I live in Canada and have seen Canadian traditions stripped and rearranged to conform to another minority immigrating to this country.

Unfortunately the ability for incoming minority groups able to abolish or rearrange national things to suit their cause has embedded a form of resentful racism.

Having said that this is what the government of Canada had hoped to instill a form of racism which divides the country but most important divides us as human beings. It's being going on in all nations for enons.

Our annoyance should not ly with the individuals but with the governments that play these dark games.

Government like Putins are fair and honest by stating their boundaries up front as to what they will or will not tolerate in keeping their heritage.

Personally each citizen of each nation should be appreciative of our heritages that make that particular nation what it is and choose that country for its difference from our birth nation. Respect another countries traditions and laws.

I'd like to see the Vlad' go a round with either B.Obumma or Stevie Harper. He could even surely handle both of them at once.
