Shannon Cooper cheered as her daughter walked across the stage to get her diploma from South Florence High School Saturday night, but just minutes later, Shannon was handcuffed and arrested.

Well I have no idea why they had the cheering rule, however, they did have it and apparently the others respected it. Now if the diplomas had been given out at the school itself, I'm sure things would have been different. Perhaps this woman feels she should be an exception to things like this. Have a party after woods at home. Have a BBQ. Let everyone cheer their hearts out then. I think the fine was nazi-esk tho. They could have just escorted her out the door. That would have been enough.
