AT THIS EXACT MOMENT IN TIME THINGS COULD NOT POSSIBLY BE MORE POSITIVE. I WOULD LOVE TO ELABORATE IN MORE DETAIL AND THIS POST MAY APPEAR ELUSIVE BUT THAT IS THE BEST I CAN DO WITHOUT BETRAYING A VOW OF SILENCE REGARDING SPECIFICS OF THE PROGRAM.

Thank-you for this info. The 1st thing I did this morning (before I read your memo) was to call the foreign currency departments at various banks including WF and they all said the same thing: 'we do NOT exchange IQD or VDN's and have NO intention of doing so.'
My question to whoever is willing to answer is: why would a banking facility which stands to make millions if not billions of $, say that they are NOT dealing with currency exchange? Why would they not acknowledge the obvious? As a dinarian, I am perplexed. Just say'in.
