This article is good, but should have stressed organic sea salt. Table salt is bad for you, it has been bleached and has glass/sand in it. When you consume it, the tiny particles cut the artery walls, and in turn the cut walls accumulate cholesterol to stop the cut or scarred artery from internal bleeding you to death. If it wasn't for cholesterol ... we all would internally bleed to death. (cholesterol also helps regenerate and heal all cells in our body. Cholesterol saves your life every day.)But to much will clog the arteries.
