SOCIAL SECURITY NOW CALLED 'FEDERAL BENEFIT PAYMENT/ENTITLEMENT!

SOCIAL SECURITY NOW CALLED 'FEDERAL BENEFIT PAYMENT/ENTITLEMENT!

Have you noticed, your Social Security check is now referred to as a "federal benefit payment"? I'll be part of the one percent, to forward this, our government gets away with way too much in all areas of our lives, while they live lavishly on their grossly overpaid incomes! KEEP passing THIS AROUND UNTIL EVERY ONE HAS READ IT.....

SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT THE ONLY THING WRONG WITH THIS CALCULATION IS THEY FORGOT TO FIGURE IN THE PEOPLE WHO DIED BEFORE THEY COLLECTED THEIR SOCIAL SECURITY!!!! WHERE DID THAT MONEY GO????????

This is another example of what Rick Perry called "TREASON" in high places"!!! Get angry and pass this on!

Remember, not only did you contribute to Social Security but your employer did too. It totaled 15% of your income before taxes. If you averaged only $30K; over your working life, that's close to $220,500.

If you calculate the future value of $4,500 per year (yours & your employer's contribution) at a simple 5% (less than what the government pays on the money that it borrows), after 49 years of working you'd have $892,919.98.

If you took out only 3% per year, you'd receive $26,787.60 per year and it would last better than 30 years (until you're 95 if you retire at age 65) and that's with no interest paid on that final amount on deposit! If you bought an annuity and it paid 4% per year, you'd have a lifetime income of $2,976.40 per month.

The folks in Washington have pulled off a bigger Ponzi scheme than Bernie Madhoff ever had.

Entitlement my butt, I paid cash for my social security insurance!!!! Just because they borrowed the money and wasted it, doesn't make my benefits some kind of charity or handout!!

Congressional benefits ---- free healthcare, outrageous retirement packages, 67 paid holidays, three weeks paid vacation, unlimited paid sick days, now that's welfare, and they have the nerve to call my social security retirement entitlements?

We're "broke" and can't help our own Seniors, Veterans, Orphans, Homeless.

In the last months we have provided aid to Haiti, Chile, and Turkey. And now Pakistan...... home of bin Laden. Literally, BILLIONS of DOLLARS!!!

Our retired seniors living on a 'fixed income' receive no aid nor do they get any breaks while our government organizations pour Hundreds of Billions of $$$$$$'s and Tons of Food to foreign countries!

They call Social Security and Medicare an entitlement even though most of us have been paying for it all our working lives and now when it’s time for us to collect, the government is running out of money.

Why did the government borrow from it in the first place? Imagine if the “GOVERNMENT” gave 'US' the same support they give to other countries.

Sad isn't it?

99% of people won't have the guts to forward this.

I'm one of the 1% -- I Just Did

Use discernment - some truth surrounded by distortion. Where is your heart centered? In the negative where all changes are bad or in the positive where all changes 'can and may' lead to an improvement from what 'was'?

Legal world, legal meanings to legal words. Not the public system of eduction and not Websters as the general populace was taught.

Own and pull out your Black's Law dictionary. Every home used to think it needed to own encyclopedias and now every home should own a legal dictionary until we unwind all the legal things and get back to common things.

We lived in a common world and they ruled us in a legal world, so our words 'could' get us into trouble.

Learn the true meaning.
Now we were told we went back to the original Constitution so it would make sense if the Federal in the name of the payment was the original Constitutional Federal and not the Federal Reserve private system.

Here are some definitions and I am encouraged that a payment by definition is made from a debtor to a Creditor.

Wouldn't it make sense if The People were the Creditors and the Federal government under the Constitution was the Debtor such that they began to repay that which is owed with interest to the people?

Now after you learn the legal meanings of these four words; go back and read the article.

And for those that paid in and died, the birth certificate indicates the parents so the living decedents are entitled to what was not collected but that would include all generations that followed and not just the current generation alive.

Don't expect a lump sum that would remove entitlement from those that follow. It's not all about the money, it's about us and how we are helping them create the reality they wanted and now we are helping ourselves create the reality we want by turning our back on what they offer.

Federal - Belonging to the general government or union of the states. Founded on or organized under the Constitution of the United States. Pertaining to the national government of the United States. Of or constituting a government in which power is distributed between a central authority (i.e. federal government) and a number of constituent territorial units (i.e. states).

Benefit - Advantage; profit; fruit; privilege; gain; interest. The receiving as the exchange for promise some performance or forebearance which promisor was not previously entitled to receive.

Payment - The fulfilment of a promise, or the performance of an agreement. A discharge of an obligation or debt, and part payment, if accepted, is a discharge pro tanto.
In a more restricted legal sense payment is the performance of a duty, promise, or obligation, or discharge of a debt or liability, by the delivery of money or other value by a debtor to a creditor, where the money or other valuable thing is tendered and accepted as extinquishing debt, or obligation in whole or in part. Also the money or other thing delivered. U.C.C. 2-511, 3-604

Entitlement - Right to benefits, income or property which may not be abridged without due process.

Except we were previously entitled to receive these payments, and they're not a privilege; they're a right.
